Applicable scenarios: Suitable for adsorption and concentration of flue gas in rubber products, industrial painting, photovoltaics, new materials, etc.

Equipment introduction: It consists of the runner body (containing molecular sieve adsorbent), sealed zone (adsorption zone/desorption zone/cooling zone), drive motor, reducer, regeneration heater (electricity/steam/gas), shell, and insulation layer. The waste gas containing VOCs is adsorbed by the molecular sieve through the adsorption zone and is discharged after purification; the desorption zone uses high-temperature hot air (180~220°C) to desorb the concentrated waste gas and sends it to the back-end oxidation device

Features:

1. Extreme economy: The concentration ratio is as high as 10 to 30 times, turning large air volume and low concentration exhaust gas into small air volume and high concentration exhaust gas, reducing the size of the back-end RTO/CO equipment by more than half, and reducing the initial investment by 40% to 60%; the molecular sieve is non-flammable and has a lifespan of 5 to 8 years, without the cost of frequent replacement of consumables.
