UV photocatalytic waste gas treatment
Zeolite runner + CO system
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for medium air volume (10,000 to 100,000 m³/h), medium and low concentration (≤800 mg/m³) exhaust gas, especially suitable for working conditions requiring low energy consumption and low ignition temperature.
Equipment introduction: After the zeolite runner is concentrated, the concentrated waste gas enters the catalytic oxidation furnace (CO) for low-temperature oxidation. The waste heat after purification can be used for desorption hot air
Product parameters: treatment air volume 1~100,000 m³/h, concentration ratio 10~30 times, purification efficiency ≥95%, CO ignition temperature 250~350℃
Features:
1. Compared with RTO, the investment threshold is lower and the area is smaller; catalytic oxidation does not need to maintain high temperature (only about 400°C) and has fast ignition. It is very suitable for intermittent working conditions that are not 24 hours of continuous production and avoids the huge waste of gas that RTO needs to keep insulated when shutting down at low temperatures.
2. Functional safety: using low-temperature flameless oxidation, no safety risks; dual-stage concentration + catalytic design, easily coping with concentration fluctuations, and stable purification efficiency ≥95%
