First-level runner adsorption +RTO system

Applicable scenarios: Suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas with large air volume (≥50,000 m³/h), medium and low concentration (≤800 mg/m³) and continuous emission, such as large tire factories, painting workshops, etc.

Equipment introduction: A combination of a zeolite rotor concentration system and a regenerative thermal oxidation furnace (RTO). After the exhaust gas is concentrated by the rotor (concentration ratio 10~30 times), it enters the RTO for high-temperature oxidation and decomposition. The purified gas is discharged after recovering heat through the regenerator.

Product parameters: customized according to customer needs, total air treatment volume 50,000 to 240,000 m³/h, concentration ratio 10~30 times, purification efficiency ≥90%, thermal efficiency ≥90%, covering an area of approximately 50~200㎡

Utilizing the golden combination of runner concentration (concentration ratio/30 times) + RTO self-sustaining combustion (thermal efficiency 90%), the comprehensive operating cost is only 20% to 30% of that of a direct discharge incineration system. It is the solution with the highest return on investment under continuous working conditions with large air volume.

Super functions: the total purification efficiency is ≥90%, and the emission concentration is far lower than the national standard; the whole system is intelligently linked and automatically adjusts the RTO burner and runner speed according to the inlet concentration, maintaining ultimate energy saving under any working conditions.
