Catalytic combustion equipment

Catalytic combustion equipment is suitable for treating normal temperature, high air volume, medium and low concentration, volatile exhaust gases. The types of solvents that can be processed include benzene, ketones, esters, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes and their mixed gases. Working principle: First, the exhaust gas passes through a dry filter to remove some dust particles, and then the exhaust gas that meets the adsorption conditions is sent to the activated carbon adsorption box for adsorption and purification. The purified clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the main exhaust fan. The adsorption device is equipped with a set of spare adsorption boxes. When the activated carbon is saturated, it switches to the catalytic combustion desorption state through a control valve; the desorption system adopts online desorption (offline desorption can also be used), that is, the adsorption process is a continuous treatment process. When the standby adsorption device is put into use, the saturated adsorption box performs desorption work. After desorption, the activated carbon box is ready for the next cycle.

Catalytic combustion performance characteristics

1. Using metal platinum and palladium plated on the honeycomb ceramic carrier as a catalyst, the purification can reach 97-, the equipment has a long life and the gas flow resistance is small;

2. Complete facilities: fire arrester, pressure relief hole, over-temperature alarm and other protective facilities;

3. Preheat at full power for 15-30 minutes. It only consumes machine power when working. When the exhaust gas concentration is low, automatic intermittent compensation for heating occurs;

4. The waste heat can be returned to the drying tunnel for drying work, reducing the power consumption in the original drying tunnel; it can also be used for heat energy reuse in other aspects of the factory.

Precautions for catalytic combustion treatment

1. Exhaust gas components must not contain the following substances: Highly viscous oils and fats. Such as phosphorus, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, mercury, lead, tin; dust;

2. When selecting equipment, indicate the composition, concentration and outlet temperature of the exhaust gas;

3. The equipment installation site is free of corrosive gases and has good rainproof measures;

4. The power supply required for the equipment is: three-phase AC 380V frequency 50Hz;

Scope of application of catalytic combustion

1. Used for the purification treatment of solvents such as benzene, alcohols, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes and other mixed waste gases;

2. Suitable for exhaust gas purification in enameled wire, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, engines, plastics, electrical appliances and other industries;

3. Suitable for various drying tunnels, printing ink, motor insulation processing and other drying lines.
