Straight Through Pulse Valve
Straight Through Pulse Valve(also known as straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve)is a key pneumatic control component specifically designed for pulse-jet dust collection systems.It features an inlet and outlet aligned 180°in a straight line,enabling direct,low-resistance airflow.
Working Principle
The valve consists of an electromagnetic pilot head and a main valve body with a flexible diaphragm.
Closed State(De-energized):The diaphragm seals the main valve outlet.Compressed air fills the rear chamber,keeping the valve tightly closed.
Opening(Energized):When the solenoid coil receives an electric pulse signal,it lifts the pilot core.This rapidly vents air from the rear chamber,creating a pressure difference.The diaphragm lifts,allowing a high-velocity burst of compressed air to pass straight through.
Closing(De-energized):Once the signal ceases,the pilot closes.Pressure rebuilds in the rear chamber,forcing the diaphragm back to seal the valve instantly.
