Working Principle

The equipment realizes multi-level and deep purification of pollutants through the synergistic effect of UV light,oxygen catalytic reaction,and photocatalytic technology,and its working process mainly includes three core links:

1.UV Photolysis and Oxygen Activation:The equipment is equipped with high-energy UV lamps(main wavelengths 185nm and 254nm),which can not only break the chemical bonds of malodorous gas molecules and VOCs,cracking macromolecular pollutants into small-molecule fragments(such as aldehydes,ketones,and alcohols)but also decompose oxygen molecules in the air into reactive oxygen species(free oxygen)and ozone(O₃).The activation reaction formula is:UV+O₂→O⁻+O*(reactive oxygen species);O+O₂→O₃(ozone).These active substances have strong oxidizing properties and can quickly react with pollutants.

2.Oxygen Catalytic Oxidation:Under the action of a special oxygen catalyst,the reactive oxygen species and ozone generated in the photolysis process undergo efficient catalytic reactions with the cracked small-molecule pollutants.This process accelerates the oxidation rate of pollutants,converting them into harmless inorganic substances such as carbon dioxide(CO₂)and water(H₂O),realizing the thorough degradation of pollutants.

3.Sterilization and Purification:The high-energy UV light can also destroy the nucleic acid(DNA)structure of bacteria,viruses,and other microorganisms in the air and pollutants,killing them directly.At the same time,the catalytic reaction further oxidizes the residual microorganisms,achieving the dual effects of deodorization,purification,and sterilization.
