Long-term shutdown of baghouse dust collector without proper maintenance will lead to filter bag moisture absorption, mildew, hardening, corrosion of internal metal parts, aging of sealing components, blockage of pipeline, and rust of electromagnetic pulse valves. When restarting,it is easy to cause filter bag damage, high resistance, poor ash cleaning effect and system air leakage. Therefore, systematic maintenance and protection work must be completed before shutdown. The detailed maintenance measures are as follows.
1.Complete Pulse Ash Cleaning Treatment
Fully clean all dust attached on the surface of filter bags through continuous pulse injection.Remove accumulated ash inside the dust collector chamber, ash hopper and pipelines thoroughly.Prevent residual dust from absorbing moisture, caking and sticking to filter bags during long storage period.
2.Drain Internal Condensed Water and Keep Dry
Drain all condensed water accumulated in the ash hopper, air bag and air pipelines.Keep the interior of the whole dust removal system dry and ventilated.Avoid damp environment causing mildew, hydrolysis and aging damage to filter bags.Open inspection doors properly for natural ventilation and dehumidification.
3.Protection of Filter Bags and Cages
Ensure no residual wet dust on filter bags.Prevent filter cloth from hardening, mildew and corrosion.Check whether filter bags and wire cages are damaged, deformed or loose.Repair and fix small damages in time before sealing the equipment.
4.Maintenance of Pneumatic System Components
Drain accumulated water and oil inside the air receiver tank.Check and maintain electromagnetic pulse valves, air pipes and filter components.Supplement lubrication for valve parts to prevent rust and blockage.Ensure pneumatic components stay in good condition during idle period.
5.Sealing Treatment of Equipment Body
Seal all access doors, manholes, flange joints and ash discharge ports tightly.Replace aging and cracked sealing gaskets.Effectively prevent external moisture, rainwater and humid air from entering the equipment interior.
6.Maintenance of Electrical Control System
Cut off total power supply of the equipment completely.Inspect electric control cabinet, pulse controller, wiring circuit and motor insulation.Do moistureproof and dustproof treatment on electrical components to avoid circuit aging, short circuit and poor contact.
7.Maintenance of Unloading Equipment and Auxiliary Parts
Complete ash discharging operation of star unloader.Clean internal residual materials, and conduct lubrication maintenance on bearings and transmission parts.Prevent shaft jamming and mechanical locking after long shutdown.
8.Anti-Corrosion Protection of Metal Structure
Check rust condition of shell, support frame, flanges and pipeline steel structure.Carry out anti-rust paint supplement and anti-corrosion treatment on exposed metal parts to avoid corrosion and structural damage caused by humid air.
9.Daily Regular Inspection During Shutdown
Arrange regular periodic ventilation inspection during long idle period.Keep internal air circulation to avoid mildew of filter bags.Check airtightness of the whole equipment regularly.
10.Precaution Notes Before Restart
Mark all maintenance items clearly.Complete pre-start inspection before restarting the equipment, including no-load test, pneumatic system debugging and pulse cleaning function verification.
