PRODUCTDETAILS
Activated Carbon Adsorption Unit
The activated carbon adsorption unit is a widely used industrial waste gas purification equipment. It adopts the physical adsorption principle of porous activated carbon to effectively remove organic waste gas,VOCs,peculiar smell, paint mist, and harmful volatile gases generated in industrial production.
With reasonable internal airflow distribution structure, the exhaust gas fully contacts with activated carbon medium.Harmful molecules are adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon,so as to achieve standard emission of purified gas.
Structure
Main shell:stainless steel 304/316L,anti-corrosion,rust-proof and durable
Internal air distribution plate, primary filter layer
Filling medium:honeycomb activated carbon/columnar activated carbon/granular activated carbon
Large maintenance access door for convenient carbon replacement
Air inlet and outlet flange interface
Advantages
High adsorption efficiency for VOCs,odor and organic waste gas
Stainless steel shell, excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and corrosive gas working conditions
Stable operation, low operation noise and small pressure loss
Simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy replacement of activated carbon
Modular design, customizable air volume and size
Application Industry
Painting workshop,printing and packaging,furniture manufacturing,chemical industry,food processing,plastic processing,electronic industry,to treat paint fume,ink odor,solvent waste gas and various organic pollutants.
Working Conditions
Applicable gas temperature:≤50℃
Relative humidity:≤90%
Adsorption efficiency:90%~90%
