Working Principle

Driven by manual handwheel,electric actuator,or pneumatic actuator,the round gate performs vertical linear lifting and lowering movements along the circular valve cavity.When closing,the precision-machined sharp beveled edge of the gate can smoothly cut off fibrous materials,solid particles,and viscous attachments in the medium,effectively preventing valve jamming caused by material accumulation.When fully open,the circular full-bore flow passage ensures unobstructed medium circulation,minimizing pressure loss and avoiding material deposition in the valve cavity.
