Correct Installation Method and Precautions of Electromagnetic Pulse Valve

Electromagnetic pulse valve is the key pneumatic component of dust collector pulse cleaning system.Standard and correct installation directly affects the service life,airtight performance and ash cleaning effect of the valve.Improper installation will easily lead to air leakage,poor injection effect,diaphragm damage and frequent faults.This article elaborates on the correct installation steps and detailed matters needing attention.

Correct Installation Steps

Pre-installation inspection

Before installation,check the appearance of the pulse valve,whether the valve body is damaged,whether the diaphragm inside is intact,and confirm that the model,interface size and working voltage match the dust removal system and air pipeline.Meanwhile,clean dust,impurities and oil stains on the pipeline connector.

Pipeline connection

Connect the pulse valve with the air receiver tank and filter bag air chamber in strict accordance with the air flow direction.Ensure the flange and threaded interface are tightly connected.Keep the pipeline straight as much as possible to reduce excessive bending and air flow resistance.

Fixed installation

Install the valve firmly on the air bag.Keep the installation surface flat and uniform stress.Do not install under excessive extrusion or oblique force to avoid deformation of the valve body and sealing failure.

Circuit wiring

Confirm the rated voltage of the electromagnetic coil(DC24V/AC220V).Connect the circuit correctly according to the positive and negative poles,fix the wiring terminal tightly,and avoid poor contact or short circuit caused by loose wires.

Pressure debugging

After installation,slowly input compressed air,gradually adjust the air supply pressure to the standard working range,and conduct no-load test to check whether the valve opens and closes normally,and whether there is air leakage at each joint.

Installation Precautions

Do not reverse the inlet and outlet air direction of the pulse valve.Wrong air flow direction will cause the valve to fail to work normally and damage internal components.

The working air pressure of the system shall be kept within the rated range of the valve.Excessively high air pressure will impact and damage the diaphragm,while too low air pressure will result in weak injection.

Keep the compressed air dry and clean.Install air filter and water removal equipment at the front end of the air supply pipeline to prevent water,oil and dust from entering the valve body.

Avoid violent collision,extrusion and heavy pressure on the valve body and coil during installation.

The wiring environment shall be kept away from high temperature,moisture and corrosive gas to prevent coil burning and circuit failure.

Keep appropriate spacing between multiple pulse valves on the air bag to facilitate later maintenance,disassembly and replacement.

After installation,conduct repeated pulse injection tests to verify stable operation before formal operation of the whole dust removal equipment.
