Bag Dust Collector(also called baghouse or fabric filter)is a highly efficient industrial air pollution control device that removes particulate matter from exhaust gases using fabric filter bags.

How It Works

Filtration:Dust-laden gas enters the unit,and particles are trapped on the surface of woven or felted filter bags.Clean gas passes through the fabric.

Cleaning:Accumulated dust is periodically removed to maintain efficiency.The three main methods are:

Pulse Jet:Short blasts of compressed air dislodge dust.

Reverse Air:Clean air flows backward through the bags.

Mechanical Shaker:Physical vibration shakes the dust loose.

Collection:The fallen dust is collected in a hopper at the bottom for disposal.
