Round Ventilation Butterfly Valve

Round Ventilation Butterfly Valve is a quarter-turn rotary gas control valve with a circular body,designed for airflow regulation and shut-off in low-pressure ventilation,dust collection,and flue gas duct systems.

Structure

Circular Body:Cylindrical shell made from carbon steel,stainless steel,or alloy;flanged,welded,or clamped connections.

Butterfly Disc:Circular plate rotating 0–90°;concentric or eccentric design for low friction and tight sealing.

Stem:Solid shaft connecting disc to actuator;hardened for wear resistance.

Sealing:EPDM,silicone,PTFE,or metal-to-metal seats;soft seals for airtightness,metal seals for high temperatures.

Actuation:Manual lever,worm gear,handwheel;large sizes use worm gears for reduced torque.

Working Principle

The disc rotates via manual actuation.At 0°(fully open),it aligns with airflow for minimal pressure drop.At 90°(fully closed),it seals against the seat to block gas flow.Intermediate angles enable precise airflow control.
