Single Baghouse Dust Collector
The Single Baghouse Dust Collector,also known as a single-unit bag filter,is a compact,independent industrial dust removal equipment designed specifically for local,low-air-volume dust sources.Integrating filtration,dust cleaning,fan and control system in one body,it is widely used in various industries for efficient dust collection and air purification,ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards.
Working on the principle of filtration through filter bags,the single baghouse dust collector operates in a simple and efficient process.First,dusty gas is sucked into the equipment by the negative pressure of the built-in fan.Large-particle dust settles by gravity in the ash hopper during the pre-treatment stage.Then,fine dust is intercepted on the surface of the filter bags,while clean air passes through the filter bags and is discharged into the atmosphere.When the resistance of the filter bags increases due to dust accumulation,the cleaning system(either pulse jet or mechanical vibration)is activated automatically to remove the dust attached to the filter bags.The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge device,completing the entire dust removal cycle.
This dust collector features a reasonable structure,consisting of a main box,filter bags&cage frames,tube sheet,cleaning system,fan,ash hopper,ash discharge device and control system.The filter bags,as the core filtering elements,are available in various materials such as polyester,acrylic,PPS and PTFE,which can be selected according to different working conditions including temperature and corrosiveness.The control system adopts PLC or pulse controller to realize automatic control of the cleaning sequence,reducing manual operation and improving work efficiency.
Key technical parameters of the single baghouse dust collector are as follows:the handling air volume ranges from 500 to 10,000 m³/h,the filtration efficiency is not less than 90%(effectively capturing dust particles above 0.3μm),the normal operating resistance is 1200-1500 Pa,and the applicable temperature is below 120℃for normal temperature type and 120℃-260℃for high temperature type.The pulse jet cleaning method,as the mainstream choice,ensures efficient and thorough dust removal without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Compared with central baghouse dust collectors,the single baghouse dust collector has obvious advantages such as small size,small floor space,flexible installation(can be directly installed next to the dust source),plug-and-play(easy installation,can operate after power on without complex pipelines),low investment and operation and maintenance costs,and simple maintenance(convenient filter bag replacement and small daily maintenance workload).
It is widely applied in various fields,including mechanical processing(grinding,polishing,cutting,grinding stations),woodworking industry(sawdust and shavings collection),building materials/metallurgy(small crushers,sieves,silo transfer points),chemical/pharmaceutical(powder mixing and packaging processes),and cement/ceramics(dust removal at silo tops,silo bottoms and belt conveyors).It is the preferred solution for local dust control in workshops due to its high efficiency,compact structure and economy.
