Pulse Jet Single Baghouse Dust Collector(also known as single-unit pulse-jet bag filter,commonly referred to as DMC-type in industrial specifications)is a compact,standalone,high-efficiency dry dust collection system.It integrates filtration,automatic pulse-jet cleaning,dust collection,and exhaust functions into one integrated unit,designed for capturing and filtering fine particulate matter(PM)from local or small-scale industrial dust sources.
Working Principle
Filtration Stage:Dust-laden gas is drawn into the unit via the fan-induced negative pressure.Coarse dust particles settle into the hopper by gravity,while fine particles adhere to the outer surface of filter bags,forming a dust cake.Clean air permeates through the filter media into the clean air chamber and is discharged.
Pulse-Jet Cleaning Stage:As dust accumulates,the pressure drop(ΔP)rises.The controller triggers solenoid and pulse valves to release high-pressure compressed air(0.5–0.7 MPa)instantaneously.This creates a powerful reverse air pulse,causing the filter bags to vibrate violently and detach the dust cake,which falls into the hopper for discharge.
