Shaftless Screw Conveyor

Shaftless Screw Conveyor is a specialized bulk material handling equipment that uses a helical screw blade(without a central shaft)rotating inside a U-shaped trough to move materials.

Core Design&Principle

Shaftless Spiral:The continuous helical blade is made of high-strength alloy steel(e.g.,8620 Alloy,stainless steel)and has no central pipe.

U-Trough:The spiral rotates within a stationary U-shaped trough,often lined with wear-resistant materials like UHMWPE.

Operation:Driven by a motor and gearbox,the rotating spiral pushes material forward along the trough.
