Screw Feeder

Working Principle

Driven by a motor and reduction gearbox,the rotating screw shaft pushes materials forward continuously at a constant speed.With specially designed variable pitch screw blades,it effectively eliminates material arching,bridging and compaction inside the hopper.The rotating screw conveys materials steadily and quantitatively,realizing continuous and uniform feeding for subsequent production links.
