Working Principle

The carbon steel screw conveyor consists of a carbon steel trough(U-shaped or closed),a helical screw shaft,a drive unit(motor+gearbox),and supporting bearings.Driven by the drive unit,the screw shaft rotates continuously.The helical blades on the shaft push the materials axially along the carbon steel trough,realizing continuous and stable transportation of bulk materials from the feeding end to the discharge end.The enclosed trough design ensures no material leakage during transportation,while the smooth inner wall of the carbon steel trough reduces material resistance and wear.
