Submerged Pulse Jet Valve

Submerged pulse jet valve is an advanced solenoid pulse valve specially designed for industrial pulse cleaning systems.Its unique submerged installation structure allows the valve to be directly mounted inside the air reservoir,which shortens the air transmission path greatly.

When the electromagnetic coil receives control signal,the pilot mechanism works rapidly to change internal air pressure difference.The diaphragm opens instantly to release high-pressure compressed air,generating powerful pulse jet flow to clean dust attached on filter surfaces.After the pulse cleaning process finishes,the diaphragm closes quickly and returns to its original state under air pressure.

Adopting premium die-cast aluminum alloy casing and high-flexibility wear-resistant diaphragm,this valve has advantages of large air throughput,minimal pressure loss,fast response speed and outstanding durability.It effectively reduces energy consumption and improves overall dust cleaning efficiency.Widely used in large bag dust collectors of power plants,cement plants,metallurgy,mining and other industrial environmental protection fields.
