Solenoid Pulse Valve
A Solenoid Pulse Valve(also referred to as an Electromagnetic Pulse Valve or Diaphragm Pulse Valve)is a specialized electromechanical control valve designed to deliver instantaneous,high-velocity bursts of compressed air.It acts as a precise"air switch"for industrial systems,primarily serving as the core component in the pulse-jet cleaning system of baghouse dust collectors.
Working Principle
The valve operates on a pilot-controlled diaphragm mechanism,utilizing pressure differentials for rapid actuation:
Closed State(De-energized):The solenoid coil is inactive.The pilot hole is sealed,and pressure equalizes across the diaphragm,keeping it firmly closed against the valve seat.
Opening(Pulse Signal):A brief electrical pulse energizes the solenoid,lifting the armature to open the pilot hole.This rapidly vents the pressure chamber above the diaphragm.
Pulse Blowing:The sudden pressure difference forces the diaphragm to snap open,releasing a powerful,short-duration pulse of compressed air.
Closing(Reset):When the pulse ends,the solenoid de-energizes.The armature resets,the pressure chamber recharges,and the diaphragm closes instantly.

Submerged Type:The inlet is submerged directly within the compressed air tank(air bag),offering lower pressure loss and stronger pulses.
Straight-Through Type:Features inline(180-degree)ports for specific pipeline configurations.
