Right Angle Pulse Jet Valve

Right angle pulse jet valve is an essential automatic pneumatic valve specially developed for pulse cleaning systems of industrial dust collectors.Its inlet and outlet pipeline form a standard 90°right-angle structure,which perfectly adapts to the layout of air tanks and injection pipes,saving installation space greatly.

When the electromagnetic coil receives pulse electric signal,the pilot hole opens,causing pressure difference inside the valve.The internal diaphragm lifts rapidly to conduct high-pressure compressed air,generating strong instantaneous pulse jet flow to backflush filter bags and remove surface dust.Once the electric signal disappears,the diaphragm resets under air pressure and spring force,shutting off the air passage quickly.

Manufactured from premium die-cast aluminum alloy,the valve body is lightweight,corrosion-resistant and pressure-resistant.With high-performance rubber diaphragm,it achieves millions of reliable opening and closing cycles.It has advantages of sensitive response,small air resistance,stable working performance and easy installation&maintenance.
