Working Principle

The valve operates on a pilot-operated diaphragm mechanism,completing an ultra-fast cycle in milliseconds:

Closed(De-energized):The solenoid coil is inactive.Pressure is equalized across the diaphragm,pressing it firmly against the seat to seal the air passage.

Pulse Activation:An electric signal energizes the solenoid,lifting the armature to open the pilot vent.This rapidly releases pressure in the upper chamber.

Air Pulse Release:The pressure differential forces the diaphragm to snap open.A powerful,short burst of compressed air is discharged into the filter bags.

Instant Reset:The solenoid de-energizes,the pilot closes,and pressure rebuilds above the diaphragm,snapping it shut to await the next cycle.
