Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve
The Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve is an integrated high-performance pneumatic control valve,combining the core advantages of pulse jet functionality and diaphragm-driven structure.As the key component of industrial pulse-jet cleaning systems,it is specifically designed to deliver instantaneous,high-pressure compressed air pulses,efficiently removing dust cakes from filter bags or cartridges in baghouse dust collectors.It is widely recognized in the environmental protection industry for its stability,durability,and high cleaning efficiency,and is a mainstream choice for global industrial dust removal projects.
Working Principle
Adopting an advanced pilot-operated diaphragm structure,the Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve completes an open-close cycle in milliseconds,realizing rapid and stable pulse jetting:
1.Closed State(De-energized):When the solenoid coil is not energized,the pilot valve remains closed.Compressed air enters the upper control chamber of the diaphragm,balancing the pressure on both sides of the diaphragm and pressing it tightly against the valve seat,ensuring complete airtightness and no air leakage.
2.Pulse Activation(Energized):When a short electrical pulse signal is received,the solenoid coil is energized,driving the armature to open the pilot valve.The compressed air in the upper control chamber is quickly vented,creating an instantaneous pressure difference between the upper and lower sides of the diaphragm.
3.Air Pulse Jetting:Under the action of the pressure difference,the diaphragm snaps open rapidly,and the high-pressure compressed air in the air bag is released in a concentrated burst,forming a powerful air pulse that is sprayed into the filter bags/cartridges to dislodge accumulated dust.
4.Instant Reset:After the electrical pulse ends,the solenoid coil de-energizes,the pilot valve resets and closes,and compressed air re-enters the upper control chamber.The diaphragm resets quickly under the action of air pressure,closing the valve and waiting for the next pulse signal.
