Electromagnetic Pulse Valve
Electromagnetic Pulse Valve,also known as Pulse Solenoid Valve or Diaphragm Pulse Jet Valve,is a high-performance,fast-acting control valve designed specifically for pulse-jet bag filter dust collectors and industrial cleaning systems.As the core component of dust removal equipment,it plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and stability of industrial production,widely applied in various sectors requiring air purification and dust control.
Our electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by short electrical pulse signals,enabling instant opening and closing to release high-pressure air pulses accurately.The working principle is simple yet reliable:in the de-energized state,the diaphragm is pressed tightly against the valve outlet by the air pressure in the rear chamber,ensuring a tight seal and no air leakage;when the electromagnetic coil is energized,the armature is lifted to vent the rear chamber,causing the pressure in the rear chamber to drop rapidly.Under the action of high-pressure compressed air,the diaphragm opens instantly,generating a powerful air pulse that blows off the dust accumulated on the filter bags,effectively restoring the air permeability of the filter bags.Once the power is cut off,the pilot vent closes,the rear chamber is refilled with air,and the diaphragm resets to close the valve,completing a pulse cleaning cycle.
We offer three main types of electromagnetic pulse valves to meet different installation and application requirements.The Right-angle Type(DMF-Z)features a 90°angle between the inlet and outlet,with excellent air flow performance,making it the most widely used type in general industrial dust collection systems.The Submerged Type(DMF-Y)is directly installed inside the air tank,minimizing pressure loss and saving installation space,suitable for large-scale dust collectors with high air pressure requirements.The Straight-through Type(DMF-T)has aligned inlet and outlet(180°),designed for special pipeline layouts where straight air flow is needed,ensuring stable and efficient operation.
Our products are manufactured with high-quality materials and strict quality control standards.The valve body is made of die-cast aluminum alloy,which is lightweight,corrosion-resistant,and durable,capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments.The diaphragm is made of NBR or Viton material,featuring excellent wear resistance,high temperature resistance,and long service life,ensuring reliable sealing performance and stable operation.The key specifications are fully customizable to meet customer needs:working pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa(using filtered and dry air),voltage options include DC24V(most common),AC220V,and AC110V,and sizes cover DN15(½"),DN20(¾"),DN25(1"),up to DN100(4").
