Working Principle

The working principle of industrial dust collectors is based on mechanical filtration,gravity sedimentation and pulse-jet cleaning(the most widely used technology in modern industrial applications).Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector by the induced draft fan’s negative pressure.Coarse dust particles settle into the ash hopper by gravity first;fine dust particles are then intercepted and adsorbed on the surface of filter bags(or filter cartridges)to form a dust cake.Clean air penetrates the filter media,enters the clean air chamber,and is discharged into the atmosphere or recirculated to the workshop.

When the pressure difference of the filter media reaches a set value,the PLC controller triggers the pulse valve to spray high-pressure compressed air(0.5–0.7 MPa)instantaneously.The powerful air flow shakes the filter bags,making the dust cake fall off and settle into the hopper,which is then discharged through a rotary airlock valve or screw conveyor,realizing continuous and stable operation.
