Key Design&Selection Considerations

Flue Gas Condition Matching

Temperature Control:Maintain gas temperature 30°C above acid dew point(typically 100–140°C)to prevent condensation,bag blinding,and corrosion.

Material Selection:Use PPS,PTFE,or fiberglass bags for high-temperature(160–260°C)kiln exhaust;polyester for general low-temperature areas.

Corrosion Resistance:Select alkali/acid-resistant media for SO₂/NOₓ-rich flue gas.

Filtration Parameters

Filtration Velocity:0.8–1.5 m/min for cement dust;higher speeds cause abrasion and high resistance.

Airflow Design:Install baffles and uniform air distribution to avoid local scouring.
