Industrial Baghouse Dust Extractor,a highly efficient and reliable dry-type filtration equipment,is widely applied in industrial dust collection and air purification.It adopts advanced fabric filtration technology,effectively capturing fine particulate matter from industrial exhaust gas,meeting strict environmental emission standards and ensuring workplace air quality.
Operating Principles&Key Components
The system operates on the principle of surface filtration.Dust-laden air enters the dust collector chamber,and large particles settle into the hopper by gravity.Fine dust adheres to the outer surface of filter bags,while clean air passes through the filter media and is discharged through the clean air chamber.As dust accumulates,the automatic pulse-jet cleaning system activates.High-pressure compressed air(0.4–0.6 MPa)is instantaneously released through pulse valves and nozzles,inducing secondary air to expand and vibrate the filter bags,dislodging dust cakes that fall into the hopper for discharge.
Core components include high-performance filter bags(available in polyester,PPS,PTFE materials for high temperature,corrosion resistance),sturdy cages,precision pulse valves,air handling units,sealed hoppers,and PLC intelligent control systems.These components ensure stable operation and efficient filtration.
Precautions for Operation&Maintenance
1.Operational Parameter Control
Maintain stable system pressure difference(800–1500 Pa)and control inlet gas temperature below the filter bag heat resistance limit.Avoid sudden temperature fluctuations or excessive humidity to prevent filter bag condensation,clogging,or burning.Compressed air pressure must be strictly within the rated range to avoid bag bursting.
2.Safety&Anti-explosion Protocols
For flammable and explosive dust(coal,aluminum,grain powder),equip with anti-static filter bags and reliable grounding to eliminate static sparks.Install spark detection and extinguishing devices,explosion vents,and isolation valves.Prohibit open flames within 30 meters;perform hot work only with approved permits.
3.Daily Maintenance
Conduct daily inspections of pulse valves,fans,and sealing parts.Weekly check and drain condensate from air tanks;monthly inspect filter bags for wear,replace damaged ones promptly.Regularly lubricate moving components(bearings,reducers)and verify electrical system reliability.
4.Safe Maintenance Practices
Shut down,disconnect power,and display warning signs before servicing.For internal maintenance,ventilate thoroughly,confirm oxygen(19.5%–23.5%)and combustible gas levels are safe,and work with a dedicated on-site supervisor.Use proper personal protective equipment when handling toxic or corrosive dust.
