High Temperature Baghouse
A High Temperature Baghouse is a specialized,high-efficiency dust removal equipment designed to handle high-temperature flue gas and dust,widely used in industries such as metallurgy,thermal power,cement,chemical engineering,and waste incineration.Unlike ordinary bag filters,it is specifically engineered to withstand extreme operating temperatures,making it ideal for scenarios where flue gas temperatures range from 120℃to 300℃,or even higher in some customized models.
Its core functions focus on efficient dust filtration,flue gas purification,and stable operation under high-temperature conditions.Firstly,it captures ultra-fine dust particles(down to sub-micron level)from high-temperature flue gas,preventing air pollution and meeting strict environmental emission standards.Secondly,it purifies high-temperature flue gas by separating dust and harmful particles,ensuring the discharged gas is clean and compliant.Additionally,it maintains stable pressure in the flue gas system,avoiding pressure fluctuations that could affect the normal operation of upstream and downstream equipment.
The working principle is similar to conventional bag filters but optimized for high-temperature environments.High-temperature flue gas containing dust enters the baghouse,and the gas passes through high-temperature-resistant filter bags,while dust particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter material.Clean flue gas is then discharged through the filter bags and the air outlet.Equipped with a high-temperature-resistant pulse jet cleaning system,the equipment regularly sprays high-pressure air into the filter bags to shake off accumulated dust,which falls into the ash hopper for centralized collection,ensuring continuous and efficient filtration.
The main structure includes a high-temperature-resistant shell,special filter bags,pulse cleaning system,ash hopper,and air outlet.The shell is made of high-temperature-resistant carbon steel or stainless steel,with thermal insulation layers to prevent heat loss and protect the equipment structure.The core component,filter bags,are made of high-temperature-resistant materials such as PPS,PTFE,or glass fiber,featuring excellent heat resistance,corrosion resistance,and wear resistance.The pulse cleaning system uses high-temperature-resistant pulse valves and pipelines to ensure reliable operation under high-temperature conditions.
With advantages of high dust filtration efficiency(over 90%),strong high-temperature resistance,stable operation,easy maintenance,and wide adaptability,the High Temperature Baghouse has become an essential environmental protection equipment in high-temperature industrial production processes.
